Residential
Kitchen and Laundry
• Dust hanging lights and remove cobwebs
• Wash fronts of cabinets and cupboards
• Clean counter with all items removed, cleaned, and replaced
• Clean backsplash
• Scrub sink and fixtures
• Collect all dishes scattered through the house and load in dishwasher or wash by hand
• Clean outside of oven/stove/range including under drip pans, inside ledge of door, burner and under range top
• Clean inside and outside of microwave
• Clean outside of refrigerator, including top and inside ledge of doors, handles and water dispenser
• Wipe windowsills and tracks clean

The Fine Print:
• We cannot move furniture, but we will clean any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster. Cleaners are not allowed to step higher than a 2-step stepstool.
• Some homes may have chandeliers or vaulted ceiling fans that we cannot reach by hand. We will clean any that we can reach by hand or with an extension duster.
• Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave. We try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.
• Cleaning is by appointment only. If we are unable to gain access to the home or are turned away at the time of cleaning, there is a $50 service fee.
• We do not provide laundry services.
